Shipping is via US Postal Service and UPS. US First Class Mail and US Priority Mail do not have tracking numbers nor guaranteed time arrivals. All UPS methods provide tracking numbers. Priority Mail, while not guaranteed, is usually delivered to most areas in 2-4 days in the US continental 48 states at a most economical price.
All orders that are processed before 3:00 p.m. PST (M-F) will be shipped that day. Orders processed after that time or on Weekends/Holidays will go out the next business day.

UPS Two Day

Time in transit varies per location. Available for US48 addresses only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Saturday
Service available on orders placed only on Fridays to limited delivery areas in the US48. Add $15.00 to your order total for Saturday delivery on UPS only.
International
Time in transit varies from location to location. Service available only to selected countries. Customer is responsible for customs, carrier or import fees. Please see International Shipping information below.

Do you ship to PO Boxes via US Mail?
Yes, we do ship to post office boxes via US Mail and other areas via US Mail. APO/FPO orders are sent via the US Postal Service as required by law. There are no exceptions.

International Shipping Information

International shipping is via US Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail or UPS. Global Priority does not provide a tracking number nor a guaranteed time arrival. However, it is usually delivered within 5-7 business days and is the most cost-friendly. Payment must be by major credit card or money order in US Dollars only. You may want to contact your credit card issuer regarding exchange rates. In the event your order is over $100.00USD, you may be required to fax a copy of your credit card and ID to us to insure you are the actual credit card holder. If this pertains to you, we will email you for the requested information. Please reply promptly to avoid any shipping delays. Please make sure that you have entered all pertinent information, and make sure you fill in your country and all proper mailing codes.

OUR RETURN POLICY
All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). No Returns will be accepted without the RA#. If you have a problem with an order, call (877) 489-7735 or fax to (661) 255-8203 to obtain a RA #. All returns must include original packaging, copy of sales receipt /invoice, and reason for return. The customer is responsible for insurance (recommended) for returns. Karaoke Unlimited is not responsible for any loss or damage while in route for exchange or refund.

UNOPENED DISCS/CASSETTES
We will exchange or refund the purchase price, less shipping costs, of any UNOPENED discs or cassettes purchased from us within 10 days from date of invoice. RA #, copy of sales receipt, and reason for return required. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 10 DAYS.

OPENED DISCS/CASSETTES
Due to copyright issues, no opened discs or tapes (cassettes) can be returned. There are no exchanges, credit or refunds for opened soundtracks.

DEFECTIVE HARDWARE
Defective Hardware, that is, machines which do not function according to the manual specifications and which have not been abused or damaged by purchaser, will be exchanged immediately for a duplicate machine upon presentation of a copy of sales receipt/invoice and all original merchandise components with respect to cords, microphones, manuals etc. Please do not attempt to make any adjustments or repairs of equipment. Be advised that in many cases the manufacturers warranty will pertain. We must be notified of any defective hardware within 10 days from date of sales receipt or invoice. Call immediately for instructions.

DEFECTIVE DISCS/CASSETTES
In the event the software is defective, I.E. MISMANUFACTURED� as to no graphics, warped, missing songs etc., please contact us for a RA # and we will replace the software with the same title and catalogue numbered item. A Karaoke Unlimited receipt must accompany all returns within 10 days from date of sales receipt/invoice. Any attempt to fix or repair a disc or cassette will void return.

NON-DEFECTIVE UNOPENED HARDWARE
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective hardware returns. All exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days from date of sales receipt/invoice.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Any credit or refunds, if applicable, will be mailed to the customer by check or credited to the customers account or credit card less the shipping charges within ten business days of receipt of goods. Exchanges will occur within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the goods. Does not apply to merchandise out of stock. After 30 Days from date of purchase, you must go through the manufacturer for any and all warranty issues. We strive to carry only quality items so that you may enjoy years of karaoke satisfaction.

Sources of supply and specifications are subject to change and are believed to be correct at this time. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that all listed materials are available in adequate supplies. Quantities are limited. All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Hardware warranty varies according to manufacturer. (see return/problems for specific information)
